DEPAL-FLEX 2500 gantry robots

Of a modular design, the DEPAL-FLEX 2500 gantry robots are Cartesian robots possessing 2, 3 or 4 axes used in accordance with depalletization systems, the working speed and the location. The required space, limited to the feet of the overhead structure, allows full access and many choices of location. The linear movements of the DEPAL-FLEX 2500 have the advantage of a high degree of reliability, precision and performance due to: the implementation of highly efficient motorisation components, and order management by programmable automaton.

 

Their working speed can reach 90 layers / hour with removal of separators and storage of empty pallets.

The layer gripping arm is adapted for products to be depalletized. It can be: 

• magnetic for tins or cans
• with inflatable tubes for empty bottles
• with voids for vials, pots, tins or cartons
• with vent holes for cartons, carrying cases
• with peripheral tightening for see-through boxes, trays and containers

   

In accordance with your needs and your wishes, we can supplement our offer by adding:

• the layer storage table, and the break-bulk conveyor,
• storage modules for pallets to be depalletized, to increase the flexibility of use of the installation,
• emptying modules of pallet separators, and stacks of empty pallets,
• equipment for spreading the angles of containers on the separator gripper arm,
• for better stacking,
• an offset desk to be adapted for use,
• the incorporation of a cutter-crusher-disposer of attachments,
• or various other equipment, at your request.
