newtec  offers its own pallet stretch hooding machine to meet this need.

Pallet stretch hood technology optimally secures the protection of palletized loads against dust or humidity while ensuring loads stability.

With a range of palletizers to meet operating speeds up to 3600 bags / hour in cement manufacturing (50 kg bags), the maximum pallet hooding speed the Batipack 120 can reach is 120 pallets/hour.
Batipack hooding machines are also available for speeds of 60, 90 and 110 pallets per hour to optimise investment.

newtec also offers a range of peripheral equipment for conveying bags to the palletizer or for assembling full pallets.

newtec proposes a wide range of palletizers capable of handling production rates from 300 to 4500 bags an hour.

A wide range of options is available such as pallet presses that can expel air from the bags to allow for greater pallet height and thus stability.
