newtec launches new G300 bag palletiser with integrated overwrapping machine !

newtec is a renowned bag palletising specialist with over 1500 installations running worldwide in food, building and chemistry industries. newtec provides complete end of line solutions for bags including filling, palletising and overwrapping machines.

In order to meet customer requirements, newtec has developed on its G300 palletiser an integrated overwrapping machine.
newtec
has engineered a solution allowing the combined starting of the palletisation cycle for the first 3 to 4 bag layers and of the overwrapping cycle. The two operations are running simultaneously.
This new machine handles 5 to 50 kg bags and covers output up to 300 bags / hour. Options to have interlayer and cover sheets and/or bag flattening device are available.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION:

Bags enter the bottom of the palletizer and are then turned through 90o to the left or right, or through 180o depending on the palletisation pattern selected. This operation is carried out using a gripping head.
The interlayer sheet if needed is placed directly on the pallet, four layer squaring bars holding it in place. After the palletisation of the 3-4 first bag layers the overwrapping cycle is starting up to the end of pallet building.
The combined machine is equipped with a control terminal with a colour touch screen allowing the operator to select the programmes needed for current production (palletisation patterns, overwrapping cycles), permitting the diagnosis of faults and manual operations, etc
A modem for remote maintenance of the programme is also available.

WHY THE COMBINED PALLETIZING AND OVERWRAPPING G300?

• Easy operating and maintenance conditions.
• Competitive price for the two operations – palletisation and overwrapping
• Compact lay out – same as a single G300 palletiser - gain of space compared the used of two separate machines
• Quick return on investment.
