PAL-DESIGNER enables a fast installation start-up and applies to all industrial fields.

This concept which combines software and palletizing robots is evolutionary and enables the addition of 2 to 4 or 4 to 6 robots and to pass the installation into automatic mode.

It controls 3 parameters :

• The layout: for example the addition or removal of robots, or modifications to operating speed;
• The building of full pallets and the possibility to create new patterns;
• The product specifications : static parameters (dimensions, weight) and dynamic parameters (stability, slide, inertia). The size of the products can be adjusted and the robot movements and PLC data recalculated automatically.

This concept allows high flexibility in terms of packaging evolution.
This system is particularly suitable for the beverage industry, co-packers and household products where new packaging is constantly being developed.
