Stetch hooding machine NEWTEC

The pallet stretch hooding machine enables the protection and stabilisation of palletized loads by the application of an stretch hood on 5 sides.

The hood is manufactured from a polyethylene tubular film with a gusset. It is cut to the length corresponding to the measured height of the pallet.

The hood is mechanically stretched to then be released over the load.
This method of hood application is particularly important because it does not use any heat source (the hood is not shrunk) and at a clearly lower operating cost than that of shrink wrapping.

The pallet covering machines consist of 3 models from 60 to 120 pallets an hour.
