Intended for automatic palletizing of production lines with high working speeds, the PAL-PACK 5000 series accommodates gentle kinematics and a robust and reliable mechanical structure. Its modular design and its low space requirement enables it to be placed in many locations and gives it excellent upgrade ability depending on future working speeds and packagings.

The whole series can be enhanced with specific options depending on your requirements :

  • double sizing of layers
  • automatic change of format
  • placing of separators between layers and on pallet.

This series covers all palletization requirements for all types of industries that have to handle: cartons, packages of cartons or bottles, trays, etc...

Depending on the type of packaging, the working speeds and palletizing systems, the PAL-PACK 5000 series consists of many modules suitable for each function: supply, accumulation and orientation of the unit loads, forming rows, transfer of layers, storage and sizing of layers, peripheral equipment: distribution of empty pallets, distribution of separators and handling modules.

The PAL-PACK 5000 series also allows centralised palletization of several production lines simultaneously.

PAL-PACK 5100


The storage module equipped with a front slatted apron and the row transfer module by noria gives PAL-PACK 5100 minimum space requirement.
