The range of PAL-PACK 4000 series automated palletizers consists of many modular and industrial sub-assemblies making it possible to offer a customized solution to production and location requirements.

The whole series can be enhanced by specific options as you require:
  • double sizing of layers
  • double storage platform
  • automatic change of format
  • placing of separators between layers and on pallet.
This automated palletizing series is particularly suitable for agro-food industry products: cartons, packages of cartons or bottles, trays, etc...

Thanks to this modular design, we can offer :
  • Automated palletization perfectly suited to the nature of the products, palletization systems and production rates while emphasizing palletization quality.
  • Multiple location solutions taking into consideration the infrastructure of the industrial premises and the operating restrictions.
  • Upgradeable installations for future modification of packaging, systems (or even working speeds) allowing the use of different pallet dimensions (800 x 1200/1000 x 1200/600 x 800/600 x 1000).
  • Peripheral equipment suited to the needs encountered and incorporation of ancillary functions such as labelling, gluing, etc.

PAL-PACK 4750

The Pal-Pack 4750 range makes palletising on all types of pallets available for products that may arrive on one or several tracks.

Equipped with « Electronic spacer » layer preparation the palletizing machine PAL-PACK 4750 guarantees total care of your product no matter what type of the palletising system.

Working speed of palletization can reach 280 layers/hour depending on the palletising system.
