The driving element of the robotized palletizing cell is an articulated robot.

The range of load capacities of the palletizing robots makes it possible to adapt to the requirements of all circumstances.

The function of the robotized palletizing cell consists of receiving packages, empty pallets, separators, containers, etc. in order to deliver pallet loads.

The selection of pallets requires a know-how acquired over many years by newtec case palletizing.

In addition to the performances intrinsically associated with articulated palletizing robots, our Engineering Department processes and analyses the behaviour of your products, their ability to be gripped in order to optimise the design of the gripper, the composition and the organisation of the robot environment.

The articulated robot with complete layer storage
PAL-PACK 4410 allows palletization of one or several production lines at high working speeds.
The layer or layers are previously formed on a preparation table.

With a load capacity of 450 kg, this island enables high quality palletization with low space requirement.
This all-purpose tool enables palletization of wrapped packs, cartons, trays or even cases. It can incorporate the associated function of separator retrieval.
