Polyarticulated robots for unit loads palletizing
The range of load capacities of the palletizing robots makes it possible to adapt to the requirements of all circumstances.
The function of the robotized palletizing cell consists of receiving packages, empty pallets, separators, containers, etc. in order to deliver pallet loads.

In an optimised space this articulated robot enables you to palletize products from one or several production lines with the use of grippers that are perfectly suited to your requirements: cartons, packages, boxes, bottles, etc...
The capacity of this robotic palletizing cell offers many options for gripping packages individually or by pre-formed rows on a grouping table. It can also incorporate an empty pallet and/or separator retrieval...
The robotic palletizing cell is controlled, in its entirety by a NEWTEC automation control device with programmable automation for which the palletizing robot is the "slave".
This solution considerably simplifies operation and provides the installation with a high level of productivity.
The programming software and « Sirocco » palletizing systems management give the operator complete autonomy.
