Palletizing system management of unit loads

The new SIROCCO® automation concept developed by control engineers from newtec case palletizing makes it possible to:

• easily control the robotized palletizing installation : allocation of palletizing stations with supply lines, choice of programmes (palletizing systems), management of discontinued items, restart assistance in the event of an incident,
• obtain much essential information for traceability and production management: statistics, production or fault history,
• visualise the automation states of the multi-palletizing cell,
• create and test new palletizing programmes with the use of OPALIS®, the newtec software for assistance with the creation of palletizing programmes.

This design can also be linked to the integrated management software (E.R.P) and in this way constitute a complete production follow-up plan.
