Movitri sorting systems

MOVITRI is a package distribution system according to different criteria: references, order destination, rounds, etc.
It is suitable for multi-format packages from a few grams up to 50 kg and covers significant rates up to 5000 packages/hour depending on the format and the weight of the packages.

   

It consists of:

• a rate-regulator to pitch the packages according to their dimensions
• a band conveyor equipped with an encoder for the individual follow-up of packages
• electro-pneumatic pushers for transferring packages at 90°
• gravity or motorised output stacker

   

The input to the sorter is linked to a reading system (bar code, RFID, vision, etc.) providing identification of the packages.

The packages are followed up individually on the sorter tape with the help of a coder. There is no risk of offset in the event that a package is withdrawn from the conveyor.

The output stackers make it possible to create an accumulation. Movitri is often linked with automatic palletizing system.
